Obituary for William Ernest Sutton

William Ernest Sutton- age 82 passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2017 at his home in Farwell after a long with illness. He was born on July 7, 1934 in Detroit, Michigan. He proudly served and protected our country with the United States Army after which he made a living as a truck driver; first hauling fuel oil, then propane, and finally gasoline. William lived to hunt deer and turkey. He loved to watch and feed the birds, deer, and squirrels; whatever came to visit. He was a collector of "stuff", frequently stopping for flea markets, yard sales, etc. He had a sense about what things were worth and loved to bargain. William was a kind and generous spirit to everyone, and had a particularly special connection with Lexi Martin who preceded him in death. William will be dearly missed by his wife of 23 years Linda, his sons Frank Sutton and wife Jacqueline of Las Vegas, Joseph Sutton and wife Susan of Lake, daughter Terrie Wolff and husband Fred of Riverdale, step-children Gerald Martin of South Carolina, Jeffrey Martin of Sanford, Lucinda Jacobs and husband Scott of South Carolina, Pamela Riggie and husband Roger of Sanford, eleven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and his beloved Australian Shepherd, "Panda". Honoring his request, a cremation has taken place and no service is planned. You are invited to share memories and condolences with William's family online at www.CampbellStocking.com
