Colleen Elizabeth Krabill- age 81, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 2, 2017, at Woodland Hospice in Mt. Pleasant. Colleen was born on December 10, 1935, to parents Roy and Erma (Lowery) Phenix in Fork Township, Mecosta County. She was married to Robert Krabill on August 23, 1953. She loved crocheting, baking, and wintering in AZ. She was a member of the Lake Eagles and was a member of DAV Aux. She is survived by her husband Robert, children David (Rebecca) of Mt. Pleasant, Steven (Irene) of Saginaw, Timothy of Lake, and Daniel (Debbie) of Lake, seven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, two brothers; Wendell and Ken Phenix, three sisters; Retha Walters, Orelie Simon, Enid Schafer, and special caregiver, Janice Scott of TN. She was preceded in death by her parents, infant daughter Kathleen, granddaughter Stacy Krabill, great grandson Mason Mattheis, three sisters; Alice Brown, Dorothy Bunting, and Lena Abendroth, and brother Lester Phenix. A funeral service is planned for Thursday, May 4, 11AM at the Campbell-Stocking Funeral Home in Farwell. Friends and family may visit on Wednesday, May 3rd from 4-8PM.
