Minimum Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff for Direct Cremation: Our Minimum Basic service charge includes:Availability on a 24-hour basis; preparation and filing of necessary authorizations and consents, required certificates and permits, a proportionate share of the taxes, licenses, utilities and business expenses ............................................................................... $570.00
Transfer of Remains to Funeral Home: (Within 45 mile radius; Additional transportation charges beyond 45 mile radius charged at $3.00 per one way loaded mile) .......................................................................................... $350.00
Care and Sheltering of Remains: (Additional $75.00 per day charge after initial 3 days) .................................................................................................... $75.00
Casketing Remains: (Does not inlcude the Casket / Container; Casket / Container to be selected by family) ............................................................... $95.00
Service / Utility Vehicle: (e.g. Obtaining signatures on required documents) .......................................................................................... $150.00
This Minimum Basic Direct Cremation Package only includes items that are necessary for the cremation process and requires payment in full at the time of service. (eg) It does not include secretarial, administrative or internet assistance for web posting, procuring obituary information, submitting or filing documents not required for or following final disposition. We charge you for additional services that we provide. See our general price list for further information regarding all the services we provide.
