Judith JoAnn Anderson-age 72, passed away passed away peacefully at her home in Farwell on Friday, February 24, 2017. Judith was born on September 10, 1944 in Detroit to parents Anthony and Eleanore (Cinpak) Adamowicz. After High School she attended college earning her LPN in Nursing. She was married on July 14, 1964 in Livonia to Morton Anderson and together they raised two children. Judith worked as a LPN both in hospital and nursing home settings. She loved to play bingo, and was an avid Red Wings and Tiger fan. She was always willing to contribute food at her church for various events such as funeral dinners, etc. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Morton, two children, Michael John Anderson of Detroit, Christine and husband Joseph Goralski of Gregory, MI., three grandchildren; Patricia Early, Anthony Goralski, Madison Anderson, a great-grandson Malakai Ray Ross, brother Joe Adamowicz and wife Tammy of Allenton, sister Sue Rees and husband Rick of Farwell, brother-in-law Chuck Perry of Westland, and sister-in-law Carol Adamowicz of FL. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Arthur and Tony Adamowicz, a sister Patricia Perry, and a sister-in-law Sandy Adamowicz. A funeral service is scheduled for Thursday, March 2, 2017 at 11AM at Our Lady of Hope Parish in Clare. Fr. Peter Nwokoye will preside. Family and friends my visit with Judith’s family on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8PM at the Campbell-Stocking Funeral Home in Farwell. A 7:30 PM prayer service is planned.
