Condolence: The passing of Barry saddens me greatly. I wish I were more mobile so I could attend his funeral. He was a true example of what a man, husband and father should be and he also set the example for other police officers to achieve the highest level of professionalism. But what will be missed most of all is his kind smile, soft words and his love for his fellow man. Rest in peace my brother.

Condolence: The Babcock family;
Saddened to hear the passing of Barry. His commitment to family, community, law enforcement and outdoors was remarkable.
I enjoyed spending time working with Barry during my law enforcement tenure. Barry treated everyone by the "Golden Rule", treat others the way you wish to be treated.
A true loss for the community.
Memory Eternal!
